How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, domestic delivery usually takes between 3 to 7 business days depending on your location and selected shipping method.
Do you offer custom imprinting for pencils?
Yes, we specialize in custom branded pencils for businesses, events, and schools. You can choose your pencil color, foil type, and text. Please visit our 'Custom' section for minimum order quantities and lead times.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your writing instruments. If you are not satisfied, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
